These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AUREX platform, applications, dashboards, APIs, reports, AI services, and related products and services (“Services”) operated by Hybrid Core BV (“AUREX”, “Hybrid Core”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using AUREX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. About AUREX
AUREX is a subscription-based intelligence, forecasting, analytics, reporting, and AI-assisted decision-support platform that includes:
- Dashboard and reporting tools
- AI-powered forecasting
- Chat and scenario systems
- Subscription tiers and credit systems
- Enterprise integrations and APIs
- Email and WhatsApp delivery services
The platform includes multiple subscription tiers, Stripe-based subscriptions, dashboard functionality, report builders, chatbot credits/top-ups, and enterprise integrations.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter contracts
- Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
- Provide accurate and complete account information
If you use AUREX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts & Authentication
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities under your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate
AUREX may use:
- Microsoft Entra External ID
- Azure AD B2C
- OIDC/SAML enterprise authentication
to manage authentication and access control. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Present security risks
- Engage in fraud or abuse
- Attempt unauthorized access
4. Subscription Plans & Services
AUREX offers multiple subscription tiers and add-ons with different capabilities and limitations. Examples include:
- Tier 1.x reports and forecasts
- Tier 2 dashboard access
- Tier 3 report builder and explain-only chat
- Tier 4 scenarios and forecast triggers
- Tier 5 enterprise integrations and APIs
Features available depend on the active subscription plan. We reserve the right to:
- Modify features
- Add or remove capabilities
- Adjust usage limits
- Change pricing
- Introduce new plans or add-ons
5. Payments & Billing
5.1 Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan.
5.2 Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
5.3 Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated billing
- Downgrades may apply at the end of the current billing period
5.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- AUREX may initiate a grace period
- Access may be restricted
- Certain features may be disabled
Persistent non-payment may result in account suspension or termination.
5.5 Credits & Top-Ups
Certain plans include monthly usage credits. Credits may be consumed for:
- Chat explanations
- Scenario runs
- Forecast triggers
- AI-assisted actions
Credits:
- Are non-transferable
- Have no cash value
- May expire according to the subscription cycle
- May not be refunded unless required by law
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Circumvent security controls
- Abuse APIs or rate limits
- Scrape or extract data without authorization
- Interfere with system integrity
- Use the Services for market manipulation or illegal financial activity
- Generate harmful, deceptive, or fraudulent outputs
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
Enterprise API usage must comply with tenant isolation and authorization requirements.
7. AI & Forecasting Disclaimer
AUREX provides AI-generated and machine-assisted forecasts, summaries, scenario outputs, and reasoning systems. These outputs:
- May contain inaccuracies
- Are probabilistic in nature
- Depend on available data and model behavior
- Should not be considered guaranteed outcomes
NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE — AUREX is provided strictly for informational and analytical purposes. Nothing within AUREX constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or professional advice.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Investment decisions
- Financial transactions
- Risk management
- Regulatory compliance
AUREX explicitly includes “Not financial advice” notices within reports and dashboards.
8. Communications & Consent
Users may receive:
- Transactional emails
- Reports and notifications
- Billing communications
- Security alerts
WhatsApp delivery requires:
- Phone verification
- Explicit user consent
Users may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time via STOP or in-platform settings.
9. Availability & Service Levels
We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. AUREX may experience:
- Maintenance periods
- Delays
- Third-party outages
- Data source interruptions
- Forecast generation failures
Some subscription tiers may include SLA-related monitoring or enterprise support commitments.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in AUREX, including software, dashboards, models, reports, APIs, visuals, branding, documentation, and forecasting methodologies, remain the exclusive property of Hybrid Core BV or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your active subscription. You may not:
- Copy or redistribute proprietary platform content
- Resell access without authorization
- Reproduce platform materials commercially
- Use AUREX branding without permission
11. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. By using AUREX, you grant Hybrid Core BV a limited license to process submitted data, generate outputs, operate the Services, and maintain security and compliance.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submitted content.
12. Enterprise Accounts
Enterprise Tier 5 customers may receive:
- SSO integration
- RBAC controls
- Audit logging
- APIs
- SLA monitoring
- Tenant-level governance
Enterprise customers are responsible for:
- User administration
- Internal compliance
- Role assignments
- Organizational policies
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment obligations are unmet
- Security risks are detected
- Abuse or fraudulent behavior occurs
- Legal obligations require restriction
Upon termination:
- Access rights cease
- Certain data may be deleted
- Audit and compliance records may be retained
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hybrid Core BV shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Trading losses
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- AI-generated inaccuracies
AUREX is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to AUREX during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hybrid Core BV, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your submitted content
- Your misuse of forecasts or outputs
- Violations of law or third-party rights
16. Privacy
Your use of AUREX is also governed by the AUREX Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes occur, we may notify users through:
- Dashboard notifications
- Website announcements
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium.
